Yeast Beta Glucan Powder is a kind of polysaccharide, which exists in the mucus secreted by some microorganisms during the growth process. It is divided into α – glucan and β – glucan. Later, Dr. diluzio of Tulun University isolated this substance from baker’s yeast and confirmed as β – glucan.
