Study on Chemical Constituents of Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil
Ganoderma Lucidum belong to the Kingdom Fungi, Basitdiomycota, Basitdiomycetes, Aphyllophorales, polyporaceae, Ganoderma. The Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder is the gethering spore seed which is released on the surface of fruiting body when the ganoderma lucidum growing maturely. The ganoderma lucidum spore oil is an compound who is extract from ganoderma lucidum spore powder by CO2 Supercritical extraction. Method: The Chemical Constituents of Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography, prepared liquid chromatography and sephadex-LH 20 chromatography. The compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), mass spectroscopy (MS) and methyl esters gas chromatography.

Conclusion: From this study, it just isolated and identified 6 compounds from Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil. The six compouds contains 5 triglycerides and 1 Fatty acid compounds. And the 5 triglycerides is firstly isolated getting from Ganoderma Lucidum, the octadecanoic acid is firstly isolated getting from Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil. The clinical effects of ganoderma lucidum spore oil are strongly related to its rich unsaturated fattyacid especially the oleic acid, linoleic acid. And the testing of oleic acid, linoleic acid mainly use the method of Methyl Ester Gas Chromatography. But if only use the Methyl Ester Gas Chromatography to testing the free fatty acid no chemical separation, it must be to hydrolysis and test the triglycerides of ganoderma lucidum spore oil. It will get inaccuracy result when only use the Methyl Ester Gas Chromatography to testing the free fatty acid.
